50p from every Penne Giardiniera (Carluccio's own Pugliese penne with courgette, chilli and deep fried spinach balls with parmesan and chilli) sold is donated to Action Against Hunger

Visit Signor Valentino at any point during the year and you will be able to make a difference. 50p from every Penne Spezzatino sold is donated to Action Against Hunger

FoodOnCampus the "in house" catering arm of the University of Manchester took part in this years Fight hunger. Eat out campaign by donating 5p for every soup they served on campus in the month of October. 13,112 soups

were sold raising £655.60 plus £244.56 collected in tins

   A huge thank you to long term supporter Mogul.

Last October they raised over £1200 - fantastic!

 

We can always count on Al Duca to raise an amazing amount. In October 2007 they raised £2338 - thank you!

 

  Our friends at Firenze in Beauchamp Leicestershire, raised a very impressive £1,955 for Action Against Hunger in October. We would like to say a big thank you to both staff and customers of the restaurant

 

La Porte des Indes raised an astonishing £1610 for Action Against Hunger during October. That money is going to do a great deal of good - thank you!

 

     

The Tyringham Arms in Cornwall is committed to the fight against world hunger by fundraising throughout the year.

In 2007 they raised over £1300 so a big thank you to all the staff and customers.

 

For the second year in a row, Alba in Cornwall has raised nearly £1000 during "Fight Hunger. Eat Out." month. We can't thank them enough!

 

Beating what they raised in 2006, Zaika raised over £900 in October 2007!

 

The Old Butcher's Restaurant raised a fantastic £970 in October 2007 by adding an optional donation on bills. A big thank you to the restaurant and their customers!

Jean Christophe Novelli's first gastro pub, The White Horse, in Hertfordshire joined the fight against hunger by adding a voluntary donation to bills

 

Amerigo Vespucci joined the fight against hunger and raised a fantastic £500 by adding an optional donation on bills

 

Awana joined the fight against hunger by adding an optional 50p to each table bill

 

The propietors of Barclay House have kindly matched the money they raised, making over £139 - thank you to all the staff and guests

 

   

In addition to adding 50p per head cover charge on lunches and dinners The Bath Priory held a "sealed bid" auction. The prize being a Michelin-starred dinner for up to 6 people in the Wine Room of The Bath Priory!

 

 

Benugo Bar and Kitchen designated a

Throughout the year Bermondsey Kitchen raises money by donating 50p from the sale of their delicious Hot Chocolate Pudding. During October they step things up by adding an optional £1 to bills. They raised a fantastic £1177.50 in 2007 - helping us to make a real difference!

 

The Blue Elephant added an optional donation to bills during October and raised an incredible £920.85

 

   Boisdale of Bishopsgate held a Champagne tasting event on Tuesday 30th October. Guests made a donation at the entrance and bid for top auction prizes. An incredible £14.000 was raised on the night - thank you Boisdale!

Cafe Des Amis raised money by adding an optional donation on bills

By placing donation envelopes on tables Castle Green Gastropub raised a fabulous £450

 

Chino Latino added an optional donation to the bill during October

 

We are delighted that Club Gascon joined us again this October. This chic French restaurant in Farringdon raised vital funds by adding an optional donation on bills

 

Enjoying a little taste of Italy at De Cecco throughout October was great for charity, when ordering their set menu at £12.95, which is available from noon to 3.00pm and 6.30pm to 8.00pm daily, they very kindly donated 50p to the charity

Deja-Vu in Kendal raised £320 during October 2007 and are continuing the fight against hunger throughout the rest of the year - they have already raised a further £400.

Due South rasied an incredible £2,109.69 in 2007 by adding an optional donation on the bill - thank you to all the staff and everyone who ate at Due South in October.

Raising over £1200 this October, Lanes have once again done a fantastic job as a Restaurant Against Hunger!

 

Locanda Locatelli rasied over £1900 this October by adding an optional donation on bills - thank you!

 

As well as donating some of the profits from the Madam Mango Tree competition, Mango tree added an optional donation to bills and raised nearly £800 - amazing!

 

Enjoying food inspired by Thailand to Japan via Malaysia and China at Mao Tai 

was a great way to help fight hunger this October - a fantastic £1000 was raised by this superb restaurant

A Michelin starred Indian restaurant, Tamarind in Mayfair raised money by adding an optional donation to bills

13 stunning contestants battled it out for the prestigious title of ‘Madam Mango Tree 2007’ on Sunday September 9th.

 

The winner of the Ladyboy competition, 'Yoko' (left) walked away with a return ticket to Thailand and a pair of custom made Jimmy Choo's. £2 from every ticket sold was donated to Action Against Hunger - raising £160
