Terms and Conditions of the Fight hunger. Eat out campaign

Restaurant participation:

It is entirely free for a restaurant to participate in the campaign.  In order for the restaurant to raise funds the charity provides free promotional material; in addition the restaurant benefits from the use of the name and the logo and from national and local promotion, advertising and PR generated by the campaign.

Fundraising:

As a Restaurants Against Hunger supporter, the commercial participant is authorised to collect donations within their premises on behalf of the charity.  The donations should be sent by cheque or postal order made payable to Action Against Hunger or by bank transfer.

The charity can provide the commercial participant with donation envelopes and collection boxes. For legal reasons the contents of these should be counted by two members of staff and sent back to the charity with a completed collection form (provided by Action Against Hunger).

Special event or promotion:

The commercial participant is entirely responsible for any special events/promotions organised in conjunction with the campaign.  The charity cannot be held responsible for any incidents or losses related to any Restaurants Against Hunger special event or promotion.

Use of Action Against Hunger and Restaurants Against Hunger name and logo is strictly limited to commercial participant during Fight hunger.
